LADRILLERA SANTAFÉ S.A. and the user agree that: (a) the use of electronic messages shall give rise to rights and obligations that are mutually valid and enforceable; (b) any electronic message shall be admissible in evidence; (c) shall not challenge the validity of a communication exchanged or an agreement concluded between them solely on the ground that electronic or digital tools have been used.

By using our website the user agrees to the following:

6. To provide LADRILLERA SANTAFÉ S.A. with truthful, impartial, complete, exact, updated and verifiable information. In case of providing us with information from or on behalf of third parties – natural or legal persons – the user declares that he/she is duly authorized for such purpose.
7. Refrain from providing us with information or documents obtained improperly or which you are not authorized to provide.
8. Respect the intellectual property of LADRILLERA SANTAFÉ S.A. and therefore not make use or exploitation of the same without being previously authorized in writing for that purpose.
9. Accept that the agreements made by electronic means, as well as the documents and information provided are fully valid and were duly obtained. Consequently, it shall not deny its legal and evidentiary effects, nor shall it disregard or reject them before LADRILLERA SANTAFÉ S.A., authorities, judges or
